Soluta’s Journey
A brief history of our successful journey
2017 Soluta Is founded
Soluta was created through collaboration between SFSA and LightCastle Partners for Agri entrepreneurs. 30 Farmers' Hubs and 1 Network Manager was onboarded in the first version of the app.
2019 Expansion of the Pilot Phase
Over 250+ small businesses were onboarded under 4 major distributions across 6 countries. Multi-Language and SMS features were added to the app.
2021 Calibration and Momentum
700+ SMEs and 20+ distribution networks onboarded. Daily data monitoring and ticketing system developed for distribution houses. Dashboard systems enabled for more flexibility and ease of decision making.
2023 Road to Commercialization
Operations reached 8 countries reaching 800k+ customers through 1,500+ SMEs. 1 Mn+ transactions crossed prompting the use of BI Dashboards. Soluta-Ag adopted by large enterprise clients: Oxfam, SwissContact and JOIKKO.
